Astana. September 15. Silkroadnews - The possibility of the introduction anti-corruption courses in higher education institutions of Kazakhstan is being considered by Ministry of Education and Science (MES) RK, reports KazTAG citing Vice Minister Takir Balykbaev.
"There is a discipline, as "anti-corruption education", and such a science as deontology (the study of the problems of morality and ethics - Silkroadnews). Scientists propose to introduce such courses not in the form of lectures and seminars, but to make such courses already in higher education programs, that is the question we are now considering",- said T. Balykbaev at a meeting of the Public Council on Anti-Corruption on Monday.
He noted that the ministry raises the question that the first head of the organization of education personally was responsible for the occurrence of corruption within the institution.
According to him, the head of the institution itself should prove that his subordinates do not take bribes.
