Kazakhs were recommended to refrain from Hajj because of coronavirus in Saudi Arabia

Almaty. July 30. Silkroadnews - Acting Chairman of the Agency for Consumer Protection, Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zhandarbek Bekshin recommends Kazakhs to refrain from Hajj this year because of the coronavirus in Saudi Arabia.
At the same time, he noted, ARQ will not impose a travel ban on the Kazakhstani Hajj to Saudi Arabia.
J. Bekshin reported that, according to the WHO, laboratory-confirmed cases of human infection with respiratory syndrome of coronavirus in the Middle East were fixed in 17 countries around the world - totally 575 cases, including 202 fatal cases.
The highest number of cases reported in Saudi Arabia - 414, including 115 fatalities.
In this regard, the Saudi Arabia authorities recommend citizens intending Hajj with chronic diseases and poor health to refrain from piligrimage or to have vaccinations against meningococcal disease and influenza.
