Kazakhstan among countries not particularly threatened by terrorism – political analyst

Astana. April 1. Silkroadnews – The threat of terrorism in Kazakhstan is low, political analyst Erlan Karin thinks.
“Kazakhstan is among those countries that have stable environment and not particularly threated by terrorism. The risk of terrorism spreading in those countries is low” Mister Karin said at the Press Conference devoted to the results of the study on terrorism and extremism prevention.
Moreover, all the occasions of extremism and terrorism on the territory of Kazakhstan were not classified as terrost attacks by international experts, as he noticed.
“Those events that took place few years back in Kazakhstan were not classified as terrorist attacks by international experts”, Mister Karin explained.
“All the groups were liquidated while they were still forming, so it helped to successfully prevent terrorism spreading in Kazakhstan”, he also said.
