Almaty. October 7. Silkroadnews – Kazakhstan and China plan signing an agreement on the authorized economic operators’ mutual recognition in 2018, Deputy Head of the Customs Control Committee of the State Revenue Department under the Ministry of Finance of Kazakhstan Yerlan Nuraliev said, KazTAG writes.
«The work is carried out with China, we have signed a plan and a roadmap on mutual recognition of authorized economic operators, that is, the end result here will be an agreement on mutual recognition», Y. Nuraliev said.
He explained that according to the road map, the countries will study each other's legislation and exchange the authorized economic operators lists. Then the agreement will be signed.
«It will happen within 2018», he said regarding plans on signing the agreement.
The department also works over the project to strengthen trust between the authorized economic operators of Kazakhstan and China.
«We have, according to the protocol signed last year, developed technological specification that now have been submitted to the Chinese customs service. At present they consider the documents we provided and we are waiting for an answer», the department deputy head summarized.
