Kazakhstan and Jordan have agreed on military-technical cooperation

Almaty. January 26. Silkroadnews - Kazakhstan and Jordan have agreed on military-technical cooperation, the press service of the Ministry of Defense informed.
“The Minister of Defense of Kazakhstan Imangali Tasmagambetov paid an official visit to Jordan. (...) An important outcome of the trip was the signing of an agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan on military and military-technical cooperation”, a statement said on Tuesday.
Thus, during the meeting the arrangements have been reached on acquisition by Jordan of the Kazakhstani armored wheeled vehicles “Arlan”, negotiations have been also hold on the supply of MIC products - optics for night vision, elevations, machine guns NSVS 12.7 and combat modules, 3-axis radar, communications and other equipment.
Despite the long distances between two countries, the ministry added, we do still have great opportunities for development in the economic, military and political cooperation.
