Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan to have a joint Emergency Situations Centre

Astana. April 14. Silkroadnews - Kazakhstan’s President Nursultan Nazarbayev has signed a law “On ratification of agreement between governments of Kazakh and Kyrgyz Republics to open joint emergency situations and natural hazard risk Centre”, as Presidential Administration iforms.
The Centre will be based in Almaty. This legal entity will be governed by the stipulations of the agreement and the laws of the country it operates in.
