He recalled that during the Soviet era equipment for the oil and gas industry was bought in Romania.
As recalled by the agency Atyrau hosts the XI interregional cooperation forum on "Innovation in the hydrocarbon sector" with the participation of the Presidents of Kazakhstan and Russia, within which are discussed issues relating to the use of modern technologies in the oil and gas industry and the development of bilateral cooperation in this direction.
