Kazakhstan as a member of WTO deceased the rates of export customs duties on a number of goods

Almaty. December 15. Silkroadnews - Kazakhstan in connection with the entry into the World Trade Organization (WTO) decreased from December 15, the rates of export customs duties on certain goods, said the Ministry of National Economy (MNE) RK.
According to the order from December 15, 2015 reduced the rates of export customs duties on certain goods - a mixture of bitumen, waste and scrap of ferrous metals, ferrous metal ingots, axes assembled or unassembled - and their duration.
As explained, the order was developed in accordance with paragraphs 2-1, Art. 7 of the Law of RK from 12 April 2004 "On regulation of commercial activities" and the Law dated on October 12th, 2015 №356-V SAM "On ratification of the Protocol of Accession of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Marrakesh Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organization on April 15, 1994".
