Kazakhstan billionaire Alexander Mashkevitch loses his 95 year-old father

Almaty. June 11. Silkroadnews – 95-year-old Anton Mashkevitch, the father of Kazakhstan billionaire Alexander Mashkevitch, has reportedly died this Tuesday. This was reported by one of the commenters at “Zonakz.net” forum.
Maskevitch family is described as tightly knit. Anton Mashkevich was born in Lithuania on the 3rd of March 1919. He was a doctor. His mother Rakhel Joffe who was born in Vitebsk has later become a famous lawyer in Kyrgyzstan. She met her future husband in Kyrgyzstan in 1941. The biggest synagogue in Astana has been built and named to commemorate her memory.
