Astana. October 24. Silkroadnews - Kazakhstan imported from Russia in January-August, 192 021 cars for $788.2 million, which is 3.2 times larger in volume and 54.6% more in value over the same period last year, informs KazTAG citing on the Eurasian Economic Commission.
At the same time, as noted in the published data, Kazakhstan exported one car to Russia worth $36.6 thousand.
Earlier, Kazakhstan did not export cars to Russia or Belarus, or in any other country.
For 8 months. Kazakhstan also has imported 1,342 Belarusian car for $14.5 million, which is 2.6 times larger in volume and 5.4 times - at a cost.
Earlier, First Deputy Prime Minister Bakhytzhan Sagintayev said that Kazakhstan intends to supply by 2020 100 thousand to Russia annually.
According to him, Kazakhstan will produce their own cars.
