Kazakhstan hopes for China's assistance in the matter of enhanced oil recovery in the oil fields of Kazakhstan

Almaty. September 29. Silkroadnews - First Deputy Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan Uzakbai Karabalin hopes that China will help Kazakhstan to increase production on domestic oil fields, repoted KazTAG.
"The third element of the potential cooperation - the development of the research component of the enhanced oil recovery methods. Our President set a task to increase total oil recovery by 5-7 percentage points. We know that Chinese companies with very high responsible approach to the research process to ensure enhanced oil recovery",- said U Karabalin at the Eurasian forum Kazenergy-2015 in Astana on Tuesday.
"In this regard, we look forward to constructive cooperation with reputable centers, including Daqing and other regions of China, for capacityin this issue", - he added.
