Almaty. January 30. Silkroadnews - Kazakhstan in 2014 has reduced the sale of oil to China via the Atasu-Alashankou by 2.5 times to 4.8 million tonnes due to technical swap with Russian oil transit, reported the specialized portal on oil transportation nefttrans.ru.
As reported, that the supply of oil from Kazakhstan to China in January 2014 had a structural change in the resumption of Russian oil transit. Kazakhstan has received the right to make technical substitution of raw materials, as a result of which the oil flows from Russia to the Pavlodar Petrochemical Plant, and similar volumes of Kazakh oil exporters from Russia receive at the border of Kazakhstan and China - Alashankou.
Pavlodar Petrochemical Plant in connection with the supply of the new scheme in 2014 received 4.9 million tons of Russian oil transit flow, and local companies working in the factory for processing scheme, the same amount of local raw materials delivered to China via the Atasu-Alashankou.
