Almaty. February 27. Silkroadnews - Kazakhstan is considering the introduction of visa-free regime for another 10 countries, reports KazTAG citing Vice-Minister for Investment and Development of Kazakhstan Yerlan Sagadiev.
According to him, the liberalization of the visa regime, by the experience of the first 10 countries, is leading to a sharp increase in the number of tourists and investors.
Earlier, Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev at the 27th session of the Foreign Investors Council, on 12 June 2014, noted the unilateral establishment of a visa-free regime for investors from 10 countries.
Later, the government of Kazakhstan took the appropriate decision on the establishment of a visa-free regime for citizens of the United States, the Netherlands, Great Britain, France, Germany, Italy, Malaysia, UAE, Korea and Japan in the period from 15 July 2014 to 15 July 2015.
Then the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan mentioned the possibility of including in the draft a number of other countries.
