We are not against the celebration of the new year, decoration of our cities, but, first of all, we must remember that we have a holiday - the day of the first president and the day of independence",- he said.

We believe that for this purpose it is necessary to introduce a reasonable restriction on the preparations for the new year and at the government level to conduct a full-scale preparation for the celebration of the Day of first president, and Independence Day",- concluded R.
