Kazakhstan offers to introduce the institution of temporary management of land
Almaty. August 8. Silkroadnews - Problematic lands in Kazakhstan will be disposed by the Institute of land management, reports KazTAG citing the press service of the Ministry of National Economy of Kazakhstan.
«Institute of Interim Management of land is entered in respect of agricultural land on the right of land use, pledged in case of non-use or violation of the law", - stated in the reply to KazTAG on Friday.
It is not clear who would appoint a temporary land managers, as well as who to be appointed to this place.
"It should be noted that the organization and conduct of the competition, by definition of temporary administrator of land will be set by government decree of Kazakhstan. Thus, the temporary administrator shall be a citizen and a non-state entity of Kazakhstan", - explained in the information.
The information also says that today in Kazakhstan there are 3771.1 thousand hectares of pledged land, that is in Akmola, Zhambyl, West Kazakhstan, Karaganda, Pavlodar region. "At the moment not used 3164.39 thousand hectares", - said in a statement.
"The main reason for non-use of land is the lack of financial resources",- resumed the press-service.
