Kazakhstan plans new wave of investment flow – Minister
Astana. April 14. Silkroadnews - Kazakhstan plans a new wave of investment flow, as the Minister of Economic Affairs and Budgeting, Yerbolat Dossayev, informs.
“The draft law on improving investment climate in Kazakhstan is to be presented to the Parliament on the 14th of June, 2014. It contains provisions for new forms of investment contracts and governmental support measures” Mister Dossayev said at the Central Communications Service’s briefing this Monday.
As he highlighted, 30% of investment spending is to be reimbursed by the government after the facility is launched and the enterprise has long-term contracts for goods and services it produces with national holdings. The legislative stability principle is also be applied to taxation and environmental legislation for the next 10 years
“We also plan to introduce an ombudsman body for investment industry”, the Minister added.
