Astana. September 30. Silkroadnews - To create institution for the social Inspector is considered in the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, reports KazTAG citing Vice Minister Office Svetlana Zhakupova.
"We have a department for the control of migration, labor and social protection. We have the control functions in the field of state labor inspection, there is a state labor inspector. So maybe in the future, if there is a possibility to create an institution of social inspector", - said S. Zhakupova at a meeting of the Committee on Social and Cultural Development of Majilis of Parliament when discussing the improvement of legislation in the social protection system and the implementation of an integrated model of special social services in Astana on Tuesday.
She noted that such organizations are successfully working in Lithuania, the United Kingdom and Georgia.
In turn, the chairman of the Committee for the Protection of Children's Rights of the Ministry of Education and Science of Kazakhstan Zabira Orazaliyeva pointed the disadvantages in the Kazakhstan legislation adversely affecting the quality of social services.
"... We have standards that do not contain specific mechanisms and timing of the provision of social services. Should be delineated standards of services by type, taking into account the needs of each category of recipients of these services. For example, an orphan who does not have as such serious health problems, should be granted  a package of special service than a disabled child", - explained the chairman of the committee.
