Kazakhstan plans to launch flights to Tashkent, Samarkand and Bukhara
Almaty. June 10. Silkroadnews – Kazakhstan plans to initiate the launch of several new flights to Uzbekistan from Astana city during the international specialized exhibition EXPO-2017, Uzbek Telegraph Agency (UzTAG) reports with reference to the Ambassador of Kazakhstan Erik Utembayev.
“In particular, it is planned to organize flights to Tashkent, Samarkand and Bukhara. We expect the international fair to be attended by a huge number of people. Some of them may probably want to visit the world-famous tourist centers of Uzbekistan located within only a few hours of flight. And we are ready to provide them with this opportunity,” the Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Uzbekistan Erik Utembayev said.
During the talks the National Company “Uzbektourism” accepted an offer to consolidate the efforts of tour operators of both countries and simplify the border crossing procedures for the period of the exhibition.
