Astana. April 23. Silkroadnews - Nationwide democratic forces coalition of Kazakhstan is to hold a session on the issue of necessity of Kazakhstan's Eurasian Economic Community membership in May, as "NurOtan" Deputy Chairman, Bauyrzhan Baybek, told country's MPs.
The necessity of such a session has arisen after some part of civil society strongly opposed Kazakhstan's bid for membership in Eurasian Economic Community.
"There is the only legitimate, so to say, well-established instrument. That is the nationwide democratic forces coalition" Mister Baybek reminded. He encouraged representatives of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs to publicly actively defend necessity of Kazakhstan’s further economic integration.
The deputy chairman of the ruling party has admitted to the MPs that he personally faces challenges related to easily-understandable propaganda of integration processes.
At the same time he reminded the party doctrine clearly states that economic integration is highly important for growth of economic prosperity.
"If we let economic integration slip away, this would become a political issue. Economy defines independence of any country now, anything else is of secondary importance", "NurOtan" deputy chairman concluded.
