Kazakhstan’s international reserves increased by nearly 4% to $94.98 billion in January-April

Almaty. May 13. Silkroadnews – In April 2016, compared to the previous month, the international reserves of Kazakhstan grew by 2.45%, for January-April they rose by 3.93% to $94.979 billion, the data published on the site of the National Bank of Kazakhstan show, KazTAG reports.

According to information presented, the gross international reserves of Kazakhstan increased by 4.01% in April (and by 5.94% from the beginning of the year) to $29.532 billion, including net international reserves increase by 4.13% (+6.16%) to $28.64 billion.

The National Fund assets amounted to $65.447 billion, having increased by 1.77% (+3.05%). Assets in foreign currency amounted to $20.043 billion, showing a monthly growth of 3.64% (-1.27%). Gold assets increased by 4.78% (+25.25%) to $9.489 billion.
