Kazakhstan to ban indirect advertisement of alcoholic products

Astana. April 23. Silkroadnews – Kazakhstan is to ban indirect advertisement of alcoholic products, as Kazakh Deputy Minister of Finance. Ardak Tengebayev, informs.
Such amendments to the draft law on production regulation and distribution of spirits and other alcoholic products were proposed by the MPs.
Kazakhstan holds 34th place in the world by per capita alcohol consumption. According to the WHO data, 11 litres of pure alcohol per capita are consumed here every year.
