KazEOSat-1 launch postponed for technical reasons

Astana. April 29. Silkroadnews –KazEOSat launch was postponed for technical reasons, as French Embassy in Kazakhstan informs.
“KazEOSat-1 satellite launch has been postponed for technical reasons. The satellite is fully functional, but the necessity of additional checks became apparent. This is needed to launch the satellite into the orbit in safe conditions”, the message states.
KazEOSat is the first Kazakh remote sensing satellite. It was supposed to be launched from on the Guiana Space Center, French Guiana on the 29th of April 2014 at 7 35 am, Astana time.
