Kyrgyz citizen was shot by Tajik border guards

Almaty. August 11. Silkroadnews - Citizen of Kyrgyzstan was shot by Tajik border guards, reports KyrTAG.
"On August 10, 2014 the representative of the Republic of Tajikistan border on Jirgatal site informed Kyrgyz border guards that on August 9, 2014 at about 17.30 on the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan in the settlement Tupakul happened a skirmish between the border guards of Tajikistan and three armed unidentified citizens on horses, as a result one of unidentified was killed"- reported the Department of Public Relations and Media Border Service of the Kyrgyz Republic on Monday.
According to the Tajik side, two citizens were arrested at the scene. Were found hunting rifle 7.62 mm with 8 cartridges, one small-bore rifle TOZ-8 glasses of foreign manufacture, 2 horses.
It turned out that all three are citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, the inhabitants of Chon-Alay district of Osh region.
The body of the deceased citizen was handed to law enforcement agencies of Kyrgyzstan to conduct the necessary examinations.
Two citizens of Kyrgyzstan were taken to detention facility of Jirgatal district of Tajikistan.
According to the preliminary version, Kyrgyz citizens were hunting on the territory of Tajikistan.
The incident is under investigation. The work to the return two detained citizen to Kyrgyzstan started.
In order to study the causes and circumstances of the incident on August 11, 2014 will be held a meeting of representatives of the border guard of Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan, at the Osh area on Jirgatal site.
