Kyrgyz customs revealed 77 million som of customs duties non-payment

Silkroadnews - Employees of the “Severnaya” railway customs revealed evasion of customs payments in a specially big amount by “KT” limited liability company, the Kyrgyz Telegraph Agency (KyrTAG) reported with reference to the press service of the State Customs Service (SCS) of the Kyrgyz Republic on Tuesday.
When carrying out operational search activities to unmask the targeted use of fixed assets by economic entities importing goods reported as fixed assets with exemption from VAT payment under Article 259 of the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the “Severnaya” railway customs staff members working together with the state financial crimes enforcement agency revealed the fact of evasion of customs payments in a specially big amount - 77 million 165 thousand 930 som.
The case has been transferred to the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
