Kyrgyzstan and Georgia presidents discussed bilateral cooperation issues

Almaty. October 14. Silkroadnews – During his official visit to Georgia Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambayev held talks in expanded format with President of Georgia Giorgi Margvelashvili, KyrTAG writes.

The President of Georgia expressed confidence that signing of the agreements in the fields of security, economy and education will give a new impetus to the deepening of bilateral relations.

In his turn, A. Atambayev said the common interests unite peoples of the two countries.

“I believe we should implement those plans that we have built with you. Among the other things, we would like to learn a lot from you”, the head of Kyrgyzstan said.

During the talks the sides discussed the Kyrgyz-Georgian cooperation issues in all the areas of bilateral cooperation.

To remind, on October 12-13 President Almazbek Atambayev paid official visit to Georgia. On October 13-14 he is expected to pay a working visit to Armenia to take part in the session of the Collective Security Council of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO).
