Kyrgyzstan and Switzerland agreed to eliminate visa regime for diplomatic passports holders

Almaty. September 22. Silkroadnews – As a part of participation of the Kyrgyz Republic’s delegation in the work of the 71st session of the UN General Assembly Foreign Minister of Kyrgyzstan Erlan Abdyldaev held a number of bilateral meetings, KyrTAG reports.

During the meeting with the head of the Federal Department of Justice and Police of Switzerland Simonetta Sommaruga they discussed a wide range of issues on bilateral cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Switzerland, as well as the prospects for such cooperation further expansion and strengthening. The parties confirmed their readiness to further progressive development of bilateral relations.

“The meeting concluded with signing of agreement between the governments of Kyrgyzstan and Switzerland on visa requirements elimination for holders of diplomatic passports”, press-release on the meeting results says.
