Kyrgyzstan budget organizations are transferred to non-cash payment system

Almaty. August 5. Silkroadnews - Budgetary organizations of Kyrgyzstan are transferred to non-cash payment system, reports KyrTAG.
"In order to implement anti-corruption measures within the framework of the state program to increase the share of non-cash payments and settlements, adopted an Order of the Ministry of Finance, according to which approved an action plan for a phased transition to the use of cards", - stated in the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic on Wednesday.
Full transition to the use of cards will enable to completely eliminate contact between members of the fatal and accountants budgetary institutions in obtaining cash budget.
