Almaty. September 14. Silkroadnews - Kyrgyzstan created an association of subsoil users. This was announced by executive director of the Association of subsoil users of Kyrgyzstan Bakyt Kozhogulov, transmits KyrTAG.
"We want to create favorable conditions for the development of the mining industry. The ultimate goal is the growth of the Kyrgyz economy. We are working in this area. We are ready to talk with the public to explain them how that should work. We want to help natural resource users in their work. We drive in all regions, we will talk about the association, after hearing the aspirations of the population. In Kyrgyzstan, there are similar organizations. But they work more after the fact, but we want to be proactive", - said B. Kozhogulov.
According to the director of LLC "KyrgyzVzryvProm" Aftandil Dzhumabaev, most of the problems in the mining industry has its roots in contradictions in the legislation.
"One law contradicts another. Now it is impossible to work. For example, before there was a book detailing the rules of the blasting, it was canceled two years ago, and the other was not created. Nevertheless, we are still checked by the old book", - said A. Dzhumabaev.
According to the association, only last year representatives of the mining industry filed the court by 56 lawsuits.
"We plan from November this year to go to the place and hold seminars for both companies and for local residents. A large percentage of conflicts with the local population are due to the lack of information. And this gap is filled with fantastic rumors. It is necessary to conduct interviews with the population",- said B. Kozhogulov.
