Kyrgyzstan declared 2017 to be the Year of morality, education and culture

Almaty. January 5. Silkroadnews – Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambayev signed a decree “To declare 2017 the year of morality, education and culture”, KyrTAG writes.
In this regard the government has been recommended to form the organizing committee to develop an action plan to carry out the due activities with the participation of civil society representatives.
The major priorities should be given to the creation of an effective system to identify and support the talents and abilities of every child, formation of modern education, youth, demographic, cultural and religious policies, promotion of positive examples of behavioral and legal culture, mutual respect, mutual assistance and civil solidarity.
