Kyrgyzstan does not enough staff to run the already constructed modern jail

Almaty. October 30. Silkroadnews - Kyrgyzstan has new jail relevant to international standards, but they do not work, because the SPS system is lacks of staff, reports KyrTAG.
It is noted that the salary of employees of SPS compared with other government agencies is higher, which allows to hire proffecional staff.
A representative of the Ombudsman Kazybek Umetov noted that in 2015 the government has allocated 45 million soms for construction of a new detention center, which is still not completed.
