Almaty. September 29. Silkroadnews - In Kyrgyzstan from October 1, 2015 enter the force amendments to the Code of Administrative Liability, governing administrative offenses against the tax legislation, passes KyrTAG.
These amendments, in particular, provide a minimum administrative fines, as well as responsibility for different types of administrative offenses against the tax legislation.
In the new edition of the Code added administrative liability of legal entities for a number of offenses.
In addition, the amendments provide the responsibility for citizens for the late submission of reports and calculations relating to taxation.
