Kyrgyzstan has no TB vaccine, new-borns sent to Kazakhstan for TB shots

Bishkek. June 5. Silkroadnews – Kyrgyzstan has no TB vaccine. New-born are sent to Kazakhstan to have a TB shot.
“It’s been over 8 months now that Kazakhstan has no TB vaccine. Parents are forced to go to Kazakhstan for their new-borns to get TB shots”, Kyrgyz MP Mayramkul Tilenkiyeva informed.
She says numerous complaints of parents continue being disregarded by the Ministry of Health Care. Parents are forced to go to Kazakhstan for their new-borns to get TB shots.
