Kyrgyzstan has ratified an agreement on the establishment of cultural center in Moscow

Almaty. February 25. Silkroadnews - The agreement between the governments of Kyrgyzstan and Russia on the establishment and operation environment of the Kyrgyz Science and Culture Center in Moscow and the Russian Science and Culture Center in Bishkek has been ratified, KyrTAG reports.
Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambayev signed a law “On ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Russian Federation on the establishment and operation environment of the Kyrgyz Science and Culture Center in Moscow and the Russian Science and Culture Center in Bishkek, signed on March 28, 2011, in Moscow”.
The law has been adopted by the Jogorku Kenesh of Kyrgyzstan on January 20, 2016.
According to the law, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan shall notify the Russian side on the implementation of Kyrgyzstan’s internal procedures necessary for the agreement to come into force.
The law comes into force as of the date of publication.
