Kyrgyzstan has signed the Paris Agreement on Climate

Almaty. September 28. Silkroadnews – Kyrgyzstan signed the Paris Agreement on Climate, KyrTAG reports.

«During his visit to New York to participate in the general debate at the 71st UN General Assembly, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Erlan Abdyldaev on behalf of the Kyrgyz Republic signed the Paris Agreement on the Climate», the statement said on Saturday.

Paris Agreement was adopted by all 196 parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change at the 21st Conference of the Parties to the UNFCCC in Paris on December 12, 2015. The implementation of the Paris Agreement is essential for the sustainable development achievement. The agreement represents a «road map» of measures to reduce emissions and strengthen resilience to climate change.
