As noted, the relevant structures have signed a memorandum of understanding and collaboration for the development of a national organized market of precious metals.
It is noted that the gold trade is one of the most attractive exchange instruments. In the face of growing global demand for gold it is neccessary to create an organized gold market.
The memorandum was signed by the parties to reach an understanding on the regulation of financial services arising from the circulation of precious metals.
