Almaty. December 15. Silkroadnews - Head of Registration Service of Kyrgyzstan proposes to combine an ID-card, driver's license and health card into one document, reports KyrTAG.
In stead of taking away driver's license, he offered to enter penalties.
As previously reported, the issuance of biometric passports will begin next spring.
