However, we propose to introduce a rule, according to which to retire, you need to have some work experience - 20 years for men and women",- said the head of the Social Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic Muhammetkaly Abulgazi, introducing the concept of the pension system, at a cabinet meeting on Monday .
He noted that under the current regulations, a citizen of Kyrgyzstan to reach retirement age needs to have five years of experience, to receive a pension.
"From these rules refused almost all countries. In this regard, we plan to introduce changes in the norm of seniority. According to the results of reform, according to our calculations, it is expected that in 2016 the savings will amount to 546 million, through 2020 - 9 billion soms, or from 4% to 12%",- he added.
M. Abulgazi stressed that Kyrgyzstan has repeatedly made unsustainable increase in pensions. "For example, earlier there have been cases when pensions without economic calculations, rose to 50% before some elections", - he said.
