Almaty. November 24. Silkroadnews – Kyrgyzstan ratified with Iran agreement on sentenced persons’ transfer, KyrTAG writes.
“Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambayev signed the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic on ratification of the Agreement between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Islamic Republic of Iran on the Transfer of Sentenced Persons, signed on September 5, 2015 in Tehran”, the statement says.
The aim of the agreement is the creation of a legal framework between two countries in the field of transfer of sentenced persons for further serving their sentences.
