Kyrgyzstan's external debt reached 54% in relation to GDP

Almaty. April 13. Silkroadnews - Kyrgyzstan's external debt amounted to 54% in relation to GDP in 2014. This was announced by Deputy Finance Minister Almazbek Asimov, reports KyrTAG.
"At the end of 2014 the level of public external debt reached 202 billion 396,91 million soms which is $3 437,07 million or 54% in relation to the country's GDP", - he said at the parliamentary hearings on Monday.
According to him, the bulk of the country's public debt 94% or 50.9% of GDP accounted for obligations on external loans.
"The largest loans were provided by the Export-Import Bank of China (33%), the World Bank (20%), the Asian Development Bank (17%), Russian Federation (9%)", - said the official.
