Kyrgyzstan’s GDP growth for this year is projected to stand at 3%, country’s ministry of finance forecasts
Almaty. August 12. Silkroadnews – Kyrgyzstan’s Ministry of Finance announced forecast for macroeconomic indicators for 2017, KyrTAG reports.
“Real GDP growth for the medium-range forecasts stood at 4% in 2014 and at 3.5% in 2015. For 2016 GDP growth is expected to make 3%”, Deputy Minister of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic Almazbek Azimov said during discussion on the draft law “On Kyrgyzstan’s republican budget 2017 and 2018-2019 forecast”.
At the same time, he added, according to the forecast for 2017-2019, real GDP growth is projected to be 3.5% in 2017, 4.3% – in 2018 and 5.5% – in 2019.
“The growth to be achieved through growth in agriculture, industry and construction sector”, the official noted.
