Kyrgyzstan’s international reserves amounted to $1.9 billion
Almaty. November 29. Silkroadnews – International reserves of Kyrgyzstan amount to $1.944 billion, KyrTAG writes.
Starting from the beginning of the year the country’s international reserves volume increased by $165.8 million, which is 0.9% less than last year.
Ministry of Economy reports the volume of remittances has grown since the beginning of the year.
For nine months of the year the remittances to the country have made $1.4 billion, which is 15.4% higher compared to the same period of last year. Remittances from the country made $259 million, which is 0.9% lower on year-on-year basis. As a result, the net cash inflow of funds received through money transfer system over the reporting period increased by 19.6%. Russia’s share as money transfer provider totals 97.4% of transfers.
