Kyrgyzstan's parliament delayed introduction of CMTPL till 2019
Almaty. June 30. Silkroadnews – Parliament delayed the introduction of Compulsory Motor Third Party Liability insurance in Kyrgyzstan until 2019, KyrTAG writes.
The decision was taken at the meeting of the parliament on Thursday.
Delay was supported by 107 deputies, one deputy only voted against.
The Law on Compulsory Motor Third Party Liability was adopted last year and came into force in February of this year, but as the legislation still does not provide for the responsibility in case of failure to obtain the insurance, the insurance is stated to be voluntary matter.
