Kyrgyzstan’s policemen have legislatively been obliged to treat the citizens with courtesy

Almaty. June 16. Silkroadnews – Kyrgyzstan’s Minister of Internal Affairs Kashkar Dzhunushaliyev signed an order “On the polite and attentive attitude of officers and personnel of Department of Internal Affairs toward the citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic,” KyrTAG reports.

The order has been announced to the staff, the heads of services and departments of the country’s internal affairs agencies are responsible for the execution of the order.

“Working with the public the employee shall demonstrate tact, sensitivity and attention to the participants of the pre-trial proceedings, especially if working with elderly people, women, children, persons with disabilities,” the statement says.

Besides, the officer or employee of Kyrgyzstan’s Ministry of Internal Affairs shall serve “as a model of good manners, strong culture of communication and behavior, respect for citizens and colleagues”.

On the other hand, the officer or employee shall not be prejudiced against the suspected and accused persons, but to “respect the rights of those who stumbled or committed a crime with intent”.
