Almaty. December 18. Silkroadnews - Kyrgyzstan will create a structure "Kyrgyzagropromsah" for the development of the sugar industry, reports KyrTAG.
"On December 18 Deputy Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Valery Dil held a meeting with experts in the field of agro-industries for the development of the sugar industry. Following the meeting decided to establish an organizational structure "Kyrgyzagropromsah" charged with the issues of implementation of the program for the development of the sugar industry, "- said the press service of the government of Kyrgyzstan on Thursday.
As noted by V. Dil, Kyrgyzstan is currently self-sufficient in sugar production is only 20%.
As part of the revival of the sugar industry offers a scientific approach to the issue of seed, the creation of modern machines and technology parks, reconstruction and rehabilitation of the existing plants for the processing of sugar beet, which will enter the production of up to 100 thousand tons of sugar per year.
