Almaty. April 28. Silkroadnews - Kyrgyzstan will not be able to refuse from the import of electricity. This was stated by Acting Energy Minister Kubanichbek Turdubaev reports KyrTAG.
"According to the Hydromet, this year the inflow of water in the Toktogul reservoir will be on the long-term average level - 12.4 billion cubic meters. That is, the passage of water should not be more than inflows",- he said at the board meeting on Tuesday.
According to him, only in this mode, we can talk about the accumulation of water.
"In the near future we will not be able to refuse from the import of electricity. We need to buy about 1.15 billion kWh and fully load CHP in Bishkek, so that to 1 April next year to come up with the volume of water in Toktogul reservoir at 7.2 billion", - said K. Turdubaev.
