Almaty. February 12. Silkroadnews - Leaders of "Norman Four" at the talks in Minsk agreed to a ceasefire in Ukraine from February 15, informed TASS.
"We have a lot of agreements. First, we agreed to a cease a fire from February 15, 00:00 Moscow time",- said Russian President Vladimir Putin to reporters after nearly 16 hours of negotiations.
The second position, which Putin considers important - the withdrawal of heavy weapons "from the current line of contact of Ukrainian troops and the line marked on September 19 in Minsk Agreement - Donbass militia".
According to Putin, the negotiations reached a decision on border issues in coordination with the militia of Donbass, humanitarian issues, the introduction of the previously adopted law on the special status of the territories of Donetsk and Lugansk and a whole range of economic and humanitarian nature.
Long-term political settlement in Donbass implies, in particular, the constitutional reform that takes into account the legitimate rights of the inhabitants of the region. Also, was resolved complex of issues "associated with long-term political settlement".
According to the head of the Russian Federation, after the talks were signed two documents.
"We have just signed a document on Minsk contact group, it is called a set of measures aimed at the implementation of the Minsk agreements", something like that",- said Putin.
"The second document - non-subscription, the statement of the French President, the President of Ukraine, and German Chancellor that we support this process", - he added.
Putin urged the conflicting parties in Ukraine as soon as possible to stop the bloodshed.
As reported, "The package of measures to implement the Minsk Agreement" contains 13 items, the first of which provides for "an immediate and comprehensive ceasefire in areas of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions of Ukraine and its strict implementation, beginning at 00:00 Moscow time on February 15, 2015".
Recall negotiations of leaders of Russia, Germany, France and Ukraine began last Wednesday and lasted totally about 16 hours. In the last hours they were joined by the special representative of the OSCE Chairman-in a contact group to resolve the situation in Ukraine, Heidi Tagliavini.
Negotiations were attended by more than 500 accredited journalists. According to Tass, some of them left the Palace of Independence at night, but in the morning the press was back in full force.
