Malatash gold field is put up for auction with a starting price of $85 thousand

Almaty. October 26. Silkroadnews – The Malatash gold mine in the Aksy district of Jalal-Abad oblast is auctioned at a starting price of $ 85,000, the Kyrgyz Telegraph Agency (KyrTAG) reports with reference to the State Committee of Industry, Energy and Subsoil Use of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The exploration and evaluation works at the Malatash deposit were conducted in 1974-1977. According to the data, the estimated reserves and forecasted resources of the field amount to 7 866.5 kg of gold, the report said.
The auction is scheduled for November 14, 2017, at the Aksy District State Administration, village of Kerben, Jalal-Abad Oblast. The starting price is $85010.
All those who want to take part in the auction must submit documents for participation to the State Committee of Industry, Energy and Subsoil Use of the Kyrgyz Republic not later than 3.00 p.m. on November 8, 2017.
