Master class on cutting melons will be held at the fair in Uzbekistan

Almaty. August 8. Silkroadnews - Master class on cutting melons will be held at the Fair "Gurvak - melons symbol of Khorezm" on the square "Kuhna Ark", State Museum "Ichan kala" city of Khiva in Uzbekistan, according to the Uzbek Telegraph Agency (UzTAG).
"As part of the fair trade  will be held a competition "The sweetest melon". Participants will compete in the selection of seeds of melons, determining the most suitable place for planting, as well as share their skills on slicing melons, the definition of the skill on ability to keep drying melon in the winter",- said in a statement on Friday.
As noted, the fair is held in order to promote melons and other vegetables, fruits and berries of the Khorezm region: pumpkins, watermelons, apples, pears, peaches, grapes, and dried fruit among foreign and domestic tourists.
