Almaty. November 27. Silkroadnews - More than 60% of foreign migrant workers in Kyrgyzstan are citizens of China, reported KyrTAG the chief of department on work with refugees under the State Migration Service of the Kyrgyz Republic Mairambek Beishenov.
He stressed that migration policies shall attract the workforce and focus on the protection of the national labor market.
"If we allow to attract foreign workers, the need to attract highly qualified workers, which will bring us new knowledge, new investment and expertise. Increase the number of low-skilled foreign workers not in the interests of our state. In Kyrgyzstan, the already quite high levels of unemployment",- added M.Beyshenov.
