More than $85 million will be tax loss when Kyrgyzstan join to the EAEC
Almaty. May 27. Silkroadnews - Kyrgyzstan's entry into the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEC) will lead to loss of tax in the amount of more than $85 million, reported KyrTAG.
"Since joining the EAEC customs posts will be removed and the taxpayer importer after the actual import by the 20th day of the following month should make a voluntary tax reporting. However, experience shows that we have a low level of tax culture, so there are significant risks, in the amount of 5 billion soms. The government and the State Tax Service is actively working to minimize the risks", - said chairman of the State Tax Service of the Kyrgyz Republic (STS) Zamirbek Osmonov on Wednesday.
According to him, it is expected that the revenues will grow due good administration.
"In addition, the Ministry of Finance decided to "transfer of" a plan for the collection of VAT and excise duty of customs in the STS. It is about 12 billion soms, among which VAT revenues amount to 9 billion soms, and the excise tax over 3 billion soms", - he added.
